With five years of experience in customer service, she understands how much a friendly face and attention to the little details can shape someone’s experience.

She enjoys connecting with patients, answering questions, and helping make each visit feel as easy and stress-free as possible. Whether she’s welcoming a patient, helping with an appointment, or supporting the team throughout the day, Aliza brings a friendly presence and genuine care to every patient interaction.

For Aliza, a great patient experience starts with being approachable, helpful, and attentive to each person who walks through the door. She enjoys getting to know patients, helping them navigate their appointments, and making sure they have the information they need along the way. From answering insurance questions to helping with the little things, Aliza is always happy to lend a hand and make each visit a little easier.

Outside of the clinic, Aliza loves spending quality time with her family, especially taking her boys to the park and making memories together. When she gets a little time to herself, she can usually be found catching up on her favourite reality TV shows.
